We are seeking for a talented Programme Officer to join the Higher Education Programmes team, to deliver our new MSc Motorsport Scholarship programme.The Scholarship Programme has been developed to address a specific recommendation within The Hamilton Commissions first report, Accelerating Change: Improving Representation of Black People in UK Motorsport. Sir Lewis Hamilton HonFREng formed The HamiltonCommission, alongside the Royal Academy of Engineering to address the underrepresentation of Black people in UK motorsport and the STEM sector.This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion within education.The roleAs Higher Education Programme Officer, you will play a key role in the delivery of our new MSc Motorsport Scholarship programme to quality, to time, and to budget. This will involve leading on the recruitment and selection process for up to 10 initial scholarships,administering those awards, and developing a package of wraparound career support and networking/training activities for awardees. The role will have a strong element of stakeholder management, working with key existing stakeholders and building relationshipswith new stakeholders who will support programme delivery, including Motorsport representatives, universities and programme funders. This role is great for someone who is passionate about building new communities, and in developing the skills of others.
