Reporting into the Head of Compliance, the Programme Manager will oversee, manage, and ensure the efficient implementation and upkeep of the companys security and compliance programs pertaining to ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, HIPAA, FinData, FedRAMP, USPrivacy, Singapore Privacy, ESG, and Anti-bribery and Corruption. Up to £600 a day, Outside IR35. Hybrid working from London (one day a week). 6 to 9 months assignment. You should have a high level of attention to detail, ability to follow and improve processes, and a solid understanding of security and compliance and their impact on IT systems and change control. Responsibilities include:Program Management:* Design and uphold program and project management methodologies for consistent attainment of security and compliance. * Coordinate with internal units to align business objectives with compliance requirements. * Oversee timelines, resources, budget, and risks connected to the compliance initiatives.Reporting:* Report on the creation, implementation, and enhancement of policies, processes, and controls to meet the required standards and regulations. * Monitor and report on compliance objectives and tasks. * Generate comprehensive reports detailing program status, milestones, risks, and achievements. * Present regular updates to senior management. Stakeholder Management:* Collaborate with business and tech teams to integrate compliance and security criteria into their operations. * Liaise with external auditors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure the timely completion of compliance standards.Continuous Monitoring:* Periodically assess and audit compliance and security measures for efficiency.* Remain informed about alterations in regulations and standards to keep the companys compliance strategies current. * Draft regular updates for executive management on the status of compliance projects. * Maintain meticulous records of all security and compliance endeavours.
