Job Description

We are now looking for a Programme Manager to join our team in London. YOU ARE:

YOU WILL:
  • Be responsible for delivery, governance and structure overall by driving all parts of the governance, planning and reporting: define, track, maintain
  • Assist to oversee the full programme of work and align the streams
  • Ensure appropriate management of people, delivery, schedule, risks and budget
  • Schedule, run and define structure for meetings
  • Be a key point of contact for Project Managers from all streams for both parties
  • Ensure engagement visions and goals are recorded and understood
  • Create and maintain the audit log of decisions
  • Organise regular touchpoints and meetings to ensure correct communication between seniority levels and streams
  • Be responsible for maintaining client relationship overall between stakeholders
  • Ensure regular reporting of status, progress, financials and risks/issues
  • Run regular client reviews and feedback sessions between stakeholders
YOU HAVE:
  • Broad experience across Capital Markets.
  • Deep experience in managing major transformational software development programmes
  • Background in consultancy, working with senior management to help shape and define strategic roadmaps
  • Experience in new product definition would be a plus
