Job Description

Programme Manager – Equities, Back-Office Systems – Contract (Inside IR 35)Programme Manager is required to join a well-known financial services organisation to work on a critical transformation programme within the back office. The role is based in London (hybrid working – 3 days in office) and is a PAYE contract role (inside IR35) offering an umbrella rate of up to £900 per day (with some potential stretch.The business is currently undergoing a critical transformation programme which will involve migrating clients and services over to a new technology platform. Observing a phased approach, the business requires an experienced, financial markets focussed programmemanager who will deliver this change. This will involve both business and technology change.Requirements:

  1. Programme Manager who has a good understanding of the Financial Markets (preferably with Equities exposure)
  2. Proven experience in Business Change
  3. Must have Agile experience (preferably with MSP certification)
