ClearBank® is the first clearing bank in the UK to design its entire IT system as a green field project. This unique approach enabled us to build systems free from legacy constraints with technology that transforms the banking experience and allows us to offer unique products and services to the market. We are accelerating our Banking as a Service (BaaS) proposition and looking for a passionate and exceptional individual to lead the onboarding of prospective BaaS Partners to ClearBanks platform. About the Opportunity As a BaaS Implementation Programme Manager this role will blend both programme and relationship management skills to support prospective BaaS Partners in their onboarding journey with ClearBank. The focus of this role is to: Lead implementation activities on behalf of ClearBank Manage multiple deliverables, workstreams and prospects to deliver key journey milestones Define and manage programme communications to internal and external stakeholders Ensure expectations of key stakeholders are managed appropriately and clearly Become the primary escalation point for internal and external teams Anticipate challenges and opportunities impacting the implementation Identify and proactively manage continuous improvement initiatives for future implementations About you We are always looking for motivated team players who are delivery focused with an appetite to proactively innovate and do things differently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a keen aptitude to learn and ability to blend relationship and programme management disciplines.
