Job Description

Future Talent Learning is focused on developing a new apprenticeship training business that breaks the mould in terms of learning quality for future leaders at FTSE 100 companies. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a new business and to make a real impact as one of our early hires.We are a small and friendly team of 30 looking to add an enthusiastic administrator who is strong on process, technology and detail. The role could suit someone returning to work or a recent graduate with great administration/project management skills.Future Talent Learning is part of Changeboard, a job board, media and events business, focused on serving the senior HR community.Responsibilities:Events Management and Learner Communications Monitoring the primary client email address and responding to incoming queries/questions Emailing learners to update them about upcoming events, curriculum changes, new processes etc. and sending out relevant pre-reading / event invites. Working with your manager and the wider team to schedule the annual calendar of workshops and online learning events liaising with suppliers to book in dates and manage timingsand researching new event providers and learning options. Raising POs for finance on the supplier side.LMS Management Working as a secondary or primary point of contact for clients -booking in regular check in meetings and organising reports and updates for clients on learners. Managing our LMS system (adding and editing content). Uploading article content and sourcing imagery and quotes to use in curriculum. Exploring and implementing new ways to efficiently manage coach diaries - e.g. Calendly. To become an expert in usage of our learning system (Aptem) and/or Degreed and train new coaches. Checking learners have all the required signatures and documents uploaded and chasing. learners/managers if not. Keeping an up-to-date record of progress. Helping to troubleshoot issues on Aptem when learners or coaches have issues. Developing and running ongoing Aptem reports on learning progress / coach progress etc. and updating the Director of Learning and team on regular basis, flagging any issues. Experience Ideally some experience of coordinating/scheduling events and/or courses and scheduling over time and with multiple events. Adept with technology and comfortable learning and using new IT systems. Excellent attention to detail and strong spelling and grammar. Ideally some experience of using Power BI reports. Ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
