Programme AdministratorSalary: £28,000 per annum (pro rata)FTE: Part-time 0.6 FTE (working 22.5 hours per week)DurationofContract: Fixed term to 31 July 2024University Alliance (UA) is looking for a dynamic Programme Administrator to support the day-to-day delivery of the Doctoral Training Alliance (DTA) training programme for doctoral researchers and supervisors across a national network of 19 universities. TheProgramme Administrator will work closely with the Head of Doctoral Training and all members of the UA DTA Team, as well as Programme Leads from partner universities, to ensure that a successful and effective programme is supported in its delivery and monitoringto the relevant UK and EU standards.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised with great attention to detail. This role would suit someone who is looking to develop and/or utilise their administrative, monitoring and evaluation skills within a supportive and exciting teamenvironment.This is an exciting chance to work in the university sector across a range of areas, interacting with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, and contributing to the wider work of an effective influencing organisation. About youYou will be a self-starter, able to independently manage and direct your work plan; be comfortable working remotely and willing to travel for in-person activities as required; have excellent administration skills with a high level of Microsoft Excel proficiencyand a meticulous attention to detail is essential. Demonstrable capabilities of data collection would be advantageous.Principal location of work: UA operates an agile working model where staff have the option to work the majority of the week remotely with access to a Central London touchdown space for times when physical presence is required or preferredfor performing job roles.
