PROGRAMMATIC TRADING SPECIALISTWe have specialist teams in all channels, and are looking for a Programmatic Executive to join one of the fastest growing teams within the agency.Joining a team of 10, this is a great opportunity for a motivated, creative and analytical mind to take a step into a specialist role.We are looking for an ambitious & enthusiastic programmatic specialist with a track record of account manager level responsibilities. The ideal person will fit with the culture, be a team player, friendly, positive & self-disciplined.The successful candidate will join our growing team in a client-facing role that is responsible for the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of activity across various DSP platforms including DV360, Trade Desk, Verizon and Amazon.You will have the complete ownership of client relationships from a programmatic perspective with support and direction from a more senior member of the team. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of media owners on all channels includingdigital OOH, Connected TV, Audio, Video and Display.The role requires a fast-paced, reactive experience to take on the day-to-day set up, optimisations, reporting and client management.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Be responsible for responding to programmatic briefs and working with various technology & supply partners to ensure youre meeting the KPIs of the campaign Stay up to date with new trends and innovating within the programmatic sector. Work with the wider client and specialist teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Confidently present analysis, updates and strategic recommendations in face-to-face We want people in the agency to come to you for guidance and support - you will bean expert in programmatic advertising. Set-up, manage, and optimise brand and performance programmatic campaignsagainst a diverse range of KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded. Be accountable for best-in-class work delivered on your accounts. Collaborate with the digital planners to ensure the campaign is align with all other Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence the campaign QA processto ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance. Set the objectives and provide ongoing support for at least one other junior teamREQUIREMENTS 2-3 years of experience in a Programmatic buying role (agency or trading desk), with a proven ability to deliver successful large-scale Programmatic Campaigns. Hands-on experience working in various DSPs, activating across a range of channels, including video, YouTube & display. Strong experience of critical thinking and problem-solving. Strong interest and knowledge in the Programmatic landscape. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of technology platforms and integration. Great communicator, both verbally and written, confident in front of clients with theability of understanding their wider business & challenges. Ability to anticipate issues and be pro-active in producing solutions with measurable Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
