Firstly you need experience as an assistant then be an excellent planner and time keeper and know how to read and write English fluent. Digital Design background would be interesting but not necessary. You should be a confident cyclist for grabbing parts when Im busy building quick jobs.I pay £15-£18ph depending on experience and I like to work from 8am-2pm Tuesday to Friday. Sometimes I expect late work but I do not encourage it. I insist that you rest and hard as you work.I create incentives after 10 weeks with a financial bonuses and I welcome hard criticism from every one in the team.
