Job Description

Job Title: Production AssistantMy client is the lookout for a versatile individual to join our team as a Production Assistant/Office Manager. In this role, youll be the connective tissue between the production activities and the daily workings of the office. The ideal candidate willbe a master of multitasking, seamlessly moving between coordinating production tasks and ensuring the offices smooth operation.Responsibilities:Production Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing production schedules.
  • Coordinate with various departments for timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Oversee logistics for shoots, handling scheduling, equipment arrangements, and location coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between production teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Office Management:
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for key personnel.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a production assistant or office management role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and terminology.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
