Job Description

Our client is a vibrant, expert cosmetics company and they are on the lookout for a Production and Product Manager to join their team in North London. You will be responsible for coordinating the full NPD project management process, liaising with buyers and attending key customer meetings. The business boasts an impressive customer portfolio which includes Boots, Revolution and Ann Summers - this is a rewarding role for an experienced individual searching for a new challenge.Responsibilities:

  • Critical path management internally and with customers
  • Book and attend meetings with customers - managing your own diary.
  • Lead NPD internally through the business (coordinate activities, communicate with buyers, suppliers and R&D)
  • Provide effective project briefings to suppliers (components, artwork, fragrance etc)
  • Product Costings & Commercials
  • Risk analysis assessment
  • Copy writing/artwork/repro co-ordination
  • Provide samples for wider teams, customers and sign-offs
    • Experience:
  • 3 + years’ experience in NPD with a focus on critical path and project management
  • An interest in health & beauty
  • Confident, driven and organised
