Job Description

Are you a Product designer or UX Designer looking for your next step in your design career My agency client who works on Digital Products and Services for a range of well-known household brands are looking for midweight UX designers or end to end productdesigners to join their busy team.Working with an established and successful team designers you will be able to show really growth and development with tasks varying from delivering your own high quality work, collaborating with others and being responsible for driving outcomes,Our agency client is looking for end to end digital designers who love to experiment and try new things. Youll be part of a team that is:

  • Helping to design and run workshops & presentations
  • Research and analysis
  • Presenting research, findings and recommendations
  • Heuristic reviews of existing products and services
  • Competitor and out of category desk research
  • Support strategy development
WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Be able to demonstrate and show examples of a range of UX and UI deliverables and outputs
  • Having a clear understanding of the importance of user-centred design, accessibility, and inclusive design
  • Be comfortable working with Agile frameworks
  • Able to construct well-structured design tool-kits and design systems within Figma/Sketch/XD
  • Have experience with prototyping and/or an understanding of motion principles and micro-interactions to elevate the product experience
  • Working collaboratively with Strategy, Research, Dev and client stakeholders.
Must have software: Figma and Sketch and Figma, Sketch, Miro (or other whiteboard tools), Testing platforms, and other research and testing tools,Bonus points for: XD, Protopie (or other prototyping tools)This role will be well suited to some one looking for their 2nd role in UX / Product design and is looking for a role that will actively grow you in your career and give you lots of portfolio worthy projects.Hybrid working / Central London studio.You must have the right to work in the UK in place to be considered for this position.If you are interested in chatting further about this role, please give me call in confidence for your next opportunity.Major Players are the UKs leading digital, marketing, creative and tech talent agency.
