About the teamThe FIS Private Capital Suite team is a global team supporting clients worldwide. The PCS application provides a private equity fund administration solution for performing key functions such as managing complex fund structures and supporting multiple sets ofbooks while automating calculations and complex functions. This role is an individual contributor position to independently work with clients and internal teams to ensure a great client experience and align teams for complex issue resolution, planning andcontinuous improvement, and related application support. What you will be doingProvide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries. Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions. Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. Recreate client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes. Be available to have some flexibility in working hours. What you bring:•Strong communication and presentation skills Good to have familiarity with fund accounting and private equity domain and clients 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience in support and/or client account management. Added bonus if you have:• Familiarity with technology (Sqlserver) to understand how applications work (understanding of web server, app and DB servers how they interact). Familiarity supporting applications hosted in public cloud and multi tenant environments.
