Job Title: Product Security Manager Location: Glasgow / Scotstoun (Hybrid. Location Alternatives: Bristol, Portsmouth, Frimley) Salary: Up to £64,700 depending on qualifications and experience What you’ll be doing: • Build customer relationships (including travel to Canada to work in the customer environment) • Derive and tailor security solutions to meet the customers’ needs • Prepare and Maintain Product Security Management Plan (PSMP), Produce Security Operating Procedures (SyOPs) and Construct the Risk Management and Accreditation Document Set (RMADS) documentation • Derive and refine security requirements • Chair Security Working Groups (assisting the customer) and maintain and review Risk Register • Liaise with stakeholders including suppliers to provide security advice and guidance in accordance with security best practise • Facilitate and guide subsystem security deliveries • Ensure physical security of the platform meets platform specifications and equipment when on-board/installed is suitably protected • Provide advice and guidance to subsystems engineering teams and ensure issues are rectified, ensuring decisions are captured and documented • Deliver contract security obligations and documentation • Line management of the project security engineers Your skills and experiences: Essential: • Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, or equivalent • Knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security / Information Assurance (IA) and risk assessment and Accreditation • Risk Assessment using Information Assurance Standard 1&2 ( IS1&2 ), NIST, or ISO27001 series • CISM/CISSP Qualifications desirable or the ability to obtain Desirable: • CCP Qualifications or experience of competencies of practitioner level in ‘Security & Information Risk Advisor’ and/or Senior IA Architect role would be an advantage Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Product Security team: As a Product Security Manager, you will travel to Canada as needed, this job will involve in a varied workload - new challenges every day. You will have ability to make the role your own and tailor this to the Clients requirements.
