Product Owner-Process Transformation-Government Security Clearance RequiredThe Product Owner is required on a contract basis to allow our client to become a more outward facing and digitally savvy organisation. This will lead efforts to review and fundamentally rethink some of our clients most important processes. You will provide thought leadership and partner with technical specialists, other product owners and business partners across the organisation (pulling together technical solutions, data-driven insights, and business expertise) to deliver operational excellence in line programme objectives-Good understanding of wider market direction, trends and have familiarity with business process automation, operational and performance assurance.-An intelligent and curious mind ready to rethink assumptions and invent new processes from first principles.-Excellent problem-solving skills to find collaborative solutions that solve root causes and that stakeholders can get behind implementing-A passion for empowering and inspiring organisations about the opportunities digital-Strong knowledge of Process strategy, design and implementation - ideally LEAN, Six Sigma, ITIL and Design Thinking;-Strong knowledge of operating model and business architecture design - concept of operations, blueprint design, functional and capability models; and, -A self-starting agile and independent work style, open to iteration and flexible to change approach/direction.Please send me your CV for immediate consideration
