Job Description

Product Owner, Insurance, Data City of London Up to circa £50k plus bonus plus benefits Product Owner with Insurance data/dashboard experience is required by a vibrant Insuretech group based in the heart of the city. This role would suit a BA who is looking to move into a Product Owner role so someone with a little previous product ownership experience. You will be working within a fast moving data team on some of the markets most current Insurance dashboards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with business units and external vendors
  • Facilitation of communication between various parties within and external to the organisation
  • Assist with requirements, project issues and queries on Product
  • Assist in resolving project issues and escalating to Product Owner as needed
  • Support the overall growth of the Product through executing appropriate strategies; developing and maintaining relationships
  • Contribute to Product strategy development and prioritises operational deliverables
  • Contribute to management of the Product Backlog day-to-day
  • Follow the Product Roadmap
  • Manage stakeholders throughout the Product lifecycle
  • Implement Product best practices under the guidance of Product Owners
  • Contribute to customer-focused product development
  • Assist the Product Owner on the Product features and functions
  • Input into the configuration of systems, User Acceptance Testing and other client touch points if requested
  • Assist in pitches, lead generation and sales pipeline for Product where requested
    • Key Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience of personally contributing to successful Products
  • Previous experience working on dashboards in Insurance
  • Understanding of the Product Owner function in relation to the Agile delivery process and Product
  • Analytical and able to solve problems
  • Able to work flexibly to achieve tight deadlines/targets
  • Able to positively react to change
