Position & Team Overview Sales CRM & DCS Technology is a team that supports the global Sales & Research and Client Services organization using CRM, digital workflow and MIS tools across the Investment Bank. This involves leveraging a wide range of tools that will help sales make decision efficiently, while collecting valuable client intelligence data points (trade, revenue, deal, profitability, clients, contacts, etc.). We are a global team with over 60 team members across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. CRM Technology is part of the larger Sales & Research Technology organization. The Sales CRM & DCS Technology Associate will work as a Product Ownerwith a fast-paced, high-energy diversified team. Key responsibilities • Identifies internal customer needs by interfacing with stakeholders as needed to define the scope and position of parts of the product portfolio • Able to forge productive working relationships with product leads, business and technology stakeholders and other team members. Define and design business functionality based on an understanding of product strategy, operational, infrastructural, regulatory and market needs. • Applies design thinking and creates and maintains the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders • Acts as the primary point of contact for several aspects of the product related to stakeholders, partners and customers; manages the process collaboratively via design working groups • Ability to analyze complex cross functional business processes to produce business and technical requirements that are documented in epics and user stories. • Creates and track product related OKRs and works with technology and Operations teams to help realize goals • Facilitates walk through sessions and workshops and ensures optimal usage of time by driving effective meetings with only the required participants. Skills • Knowledge of product management techniques (e.g., user journeys/user stories, product roadmapping, feature matrix) • Up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies (e.g. latest best practices on SDLC, UX, Quality, Cloud and Data) • Strong knowledge of product strategy development • Familiarity working in an Agile environment & concepts • Experienced working across multiple work streams and teams, flexibility to work with users across different time zones (when required) and within rigid timelines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers • Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis skills a plus Experience • Experience in product management focused on technology products for external clients is an added advantage • Experience of working in large Transformation Programmes with Product leads, business and technology stakeholders • Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders About J.P.
