Job Title: Product Manager - Security ProductsLocation: Reading, UK ( As of now Working from Home)Duration: 6 month contractThis role is responsible for the AU Gov GW/CAGE 2.0 project, creation of execution planand management of plan through execution, on time, within budget.• Interface with wider Atlas team and maintain synchronization with Atlas platformdevelopment to maintain consistency.• Provide weekly reporting and metrics to demonstrate progression of execution.• Manage product enablement of various products on the global Atlas platform.MUST HAVE SKILLS:· Program/project management experience - 5 years· Product management experience, preferably with security products- 5 years· Passion for leading transformational projects, which may include cross-functional teams· Ability to demonstrate cyber security thought leadership· Aptitude to learn new technologies and methodologies· Understanding of cyber security threat landscape and asset landscape· Experience and understanding of a broad set of security technologies (Log management, SIEM, Network, Endpoint, CASB, SWG,Vulnerability management, ...)· Understanding of Information Security Management frameworks (ISO27k, NIST, ISM, …)· Experience working in large organizations with many different groups of stakeholders· Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment· Ability to make decisions, including the ability to correct mistakes· Excellent interpersonal skills· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills· Excellent organizational and time management skills· Ability to think both strategically and tactically.· Fluent in English (verbal and written).· Functional skills with G-Suite/MS Office ApplicationsDESIRED SKILLS:· Understanding of multiple market verticals, in relation to cyber security solutions· Product management experience with Security Services, Platform as a Service, Cloud platforms. (AWS)· Financial modeling and/or P&L skills· Telecom/large enterprise experience.· Experience and success with presenting at a senior management level.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:Required· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.· Six or more years of cyber security related work experience.· Six or more years of experience in Product/Program Management roles.Desired· A degree in Engineering, technical field or MBA· Security certifications, ISC2, ISACA,GIAC Required skills
