Job; Product Manager - Remote UKThis is an opportunity to join a fast-growing data intelligence business that works across media and creative industries. They are reinventing their core media planning platform and expanding their Product Management and Engineering teams to meet that goal.As a member of their Product Manager team, youll be a pivotal agent in this change, balancing time, attention and resources across a subset of their leading in-market products with the thrilling business of bringing a new platform to life. This is an excitingtime in this companys 50+ year historyKey Role Responsibilities:

• Develop your expertise in one or more media planning and buying stages across one or more media types, promote your products capabilities internally within their business, and equip customer-facing teams with product knowledge and assets to assist themin selling their products
• Plan and deliver well-considered product solutions to satisfy strategic business needs
• Develop associated product collateral
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for your product
• Champion and drive Agile processes and thinking across their business

Required:

• Enterprise & start-up mentality/experience
• (B2B SaaS) AdTech industry experience, e.g. audience building, cross-tabs, research/insights, analytics, media planning, media buying, engines/algorithms, AI/ML, in one or more media verticals or markets
• Hands-on pragmatic Agile Product Management experience, backed by a formal Agile product management qualication)
• Demonstrable experience in Roadmap and Backlog prioritization and management, Agile artefacts, and regular Agile ceremonies

Desired (Nice-to-Have):

• Media, Technology, or Marketing degree (or similar)
• A combination of startup agility experience and big company rigour
• Practical knowledge of, and hands-on experience in using Atlassian Jira
• Practical knowledge of, and hands-on experience in using Atlassian Conuence

The Cherry on The Cake:

• Audio planning
• Programmatic advertising
• Working on an Insights platform for AdTech/MarTech (e.g. Streetbees, Zappi.io, Prisma (Mediaocean) Amobee etc)
• Statistical analysis

Personal Attributes:

• A strong sense, based on real rst-hand experience, of what makes a great product, with amazing UX, and can communicate it and drive it through to an end-product, in mostly browser-based UIs and increasingly also tablet UIs
• Understand and rene sometimes ambiguous requirements to form a solid understanding and communicate whats needed, why, and how it will be delivered
• Think both tactically and strategically about problems and determine best solutions
• Determine most appropriate tools and techniques, on a case-by-case basis, to validate and rene, and to communicate needs to developers, designers & colleagues
