Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager for SAP-AribaLocation: LondonCorporate Title: Vice PresidentThe Product Management team is responsible for developing the technology vision and roadmap for the organisation. You will work closely with key business stakeholders and technology partners to align on strategy the Product Management team create and deliver end to end user-centric solutions to capture value across the source to pay process.     • Your key responsibilities
  • Develops vision and product strategy for SAP and a full suite of SAP-Ariba modules, manages the product life cycle including strategic planning, business requirements gathering, design, implementation, release management, product stabilisation and on-going support and maintenance
  • Identifies and evaluates new emerging technologies for addition to the ecosystem to further improve the value proposition to the Global Procurement organisation
  • Defines overall value proposition and required process and data enablers across the end to end platform ensuring optimal design to maximise and capture the value proposition
  • Gathers demand from business stakeholders and works with procurement functions to develop business cases and benefit realisation plans
  • In conjunction with technology teams, system integration partners and business stakeholders develops and leads deployment activities including overall test strategy, change management and communication plans to ensure production readiness. Manages post go-live hyper-care, issue resolution and transition to business as usual
    • Your skills and experience
  • A proven track record in supply chain with expertise in the source-to-pay process with an emphasis on the source-to-contract lifecycle
  • Implementation and/or product management experience with SAP and SAP-Ariba products including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Guided Buying, Ariba Services Procurement, SAP AP and MDG-S. Experience with Supplier Risk Management and SAP Fieldglass desired
  • Visionary leader with a global business perspective and excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills. Experience working in Agile and Lean Business methodologies
  • Able to work in global, virtual teams in a matrix organisation, strong analytical skills and strong business planning, change management, stakeholder management, information sharing and knowledge transfer skills
  • Project Management Professional and/or Professional in Supply Management certification desired
