Job Description

Product Manager / £70,000 - £90,000 / London (Work from Home)This start-up has doubled in size since summer 2020, now at 45 people they are looking to double once more. This is your chance as a Product Manager to own the core business and work with stakeholders and engineering functions on the vision for the company!A fast-growing start up with very impressive investment behind them are looking to hire a true Product Manager to support their international product growth.They are looking for a "product builder" whos experience will lie in:

  1. Developing a product over time and driving product development and strategy through engaging effectively with both Engineering and Customer Success functions.
  2. Really owning the product (the core of the business!) and believing in its value to allow you to sell the products potential to both external customers and internal stakeholders. Flexibility of mindset and thinking outside the box day to day is key!
You will need to be someone who wants to throw yourself into a great journey and really want to be a part of a vision where you will directly have a huge influence on the direction and success of the organisation you are a part of. This isnt just a job - this is an adventure needing heaps of enthusiasm, energy and passion!Requirements:
  • Experience in scale-up organisations, having experience with teams and products where evolution and quick growth is key
  • Knowledge of start-ups and Agile environments - things will be fast-paced and full-on, if you have come from mainly a corporate environment then this isn’t going to be for you
  • Able to engage with stakeholders across the business (marketing, advertising, operations, product, finance etc), maintain clear and open communications and manage expectations
  • Technology/Software Product experience (ideally in Fintech, Security or Mobile)
  • Robust business analysis skills, techniques including writing user stories, acceptance criteria and documenting technical requirements
  • Evidence of problem solving and providing creative solutions with proven impact
