Job Description

Product Lead, Programmatic, Adtech, Digital Advertising Technology, Central London Product Leader required to work for a start-up Adtech company based in Central London. We need a proven Senior Product Manager / Product Leader to help build out the team and lead the way for the future. You will ideally come from a Programmatic / Adtech background, but it is not essential - however, a relative like for like’ background is 100% required. Read on for more details…ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, develop and manage the product roadmap to timely deliver valuable solutions for our key stakeholders
  • Drive and manage high level, conceptual thinking through ideation, validation, prioritisation, development and lifecycle management.
  • Build strong relations with cross-functional stakeholders to understand priorities, define the roadmap and collaborate on programs and actions to improve customer value
  • Analyse market trends, competitor intelligence and customer requirements to deliver unique insights and prioritise product delivery
  • Build and execute on on-going customer engagement to capture usage and feedback to increase value for stakeholders
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Ideally, a minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS product management or product marketing experience in programmatic advertising or marketing technologies
  • Granular understanding of IAB’s oRTB data architecture.
  • Demonstrable technical understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem from Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Verification vendors and agencies.
  • Clear project management experience including proven ability to lead and manage complex projects simultaneously.
  • Management and mentoring of junior team members helpful but not prerequisite.

  • An ability to influence and earn the trust of senior stakeholders to move teams to action
  • Passionate, self-starter with natural business acumen
  • Expert in interpreting and analysing quantified data and using product management and communication technologies, e.g. Trello.
  • Strong written communicator - build exemplary documentation, business cases and high-level requirements etc.
