Were currently searching for an experienced Product Lead to help create and enhance a suite of Ed Tech solutions for a leading group of international schools. We are looking for someone who can l drive the lifecycle of our digital products, applying industryknowledge, market awareness, audience research, and analytical insights to data-driven product strategy, planning, and decision-making.Responsibilities - Product Lead:Establish metrics to define and measure the products’ success, as well as plan maintenance, retirement, or replacementsDefine and develop a product strategy cross the portfolio.Define and develop a product strategy for how 3rd party platforms and software tools such as content & curriculum management tools, homework tools, virtual learning platforms, etc can and should best be utilised and integratedMonitor, summarise and report analytics and feedback from the user base or audience to measure performance Continuous improvement of 3rd party product integrations, identifying and prioritising enhancements, communicating them to the business as required Build and maintain product roadmaps and drive integration backlogsDuring build, optimise products for the needs of the business, bringing together user experience, education, business, and technologySkills required - Product Lead:Proven experience of end-to-end digital product delivery, ideally using a variety of methodologiesProven ability to make decisions based on customer/user research, market research, and/or usage dataProven ability to discover, understand, and prioritise the needs of a product’s usersStrong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentationsOutstanding cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and culturesExcellent analytical skills - with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success
