Job Description Exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Lead to join a leading organization in the education space with a busy roadmap of work inflight and coming up. Youll work closely with the Group Head of Digital Education Products to help create and enhance our digital portfolio for our schools around the world. As Product Lead, you will drive the lifecycle of our digital products, applying industry knowledge, market awareness, audience research, and analytical insights to data-driven product strategy, planning, and decision-making. You will take a portfolio approach to your work and leverage product opportunities and synergies across the portfolio. As a genuine team-player, you will collaborate closely with our schools, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, to guide ideageneration, exploration, and validation, to help us design and deliver best-in-class digital products and improve data-enhanced teaching and learning. You will establish metrics to define and measure the products success, as well as plan maintenance, retirement, or replacements. First and foremost, you will work as an expert to define customer needs in our context, define functionality, and position. PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience of end-to-end digital product delivery, ideally using a variety of methodologies
  • Proven ability to make decisions based on customer/user research, market research, and/or usage data
  • Proven ability to discover, understand, and prioritise the needs of a products users
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations
  • Outstanding cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
  • Excellent analytical skills - with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success
  • Results-orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional
JOB ROLE
  • For this product management role, the "customer" will often be internal colleagues and/or systems which need access to certain Learner Data and/or 3rd party tools
  • Work with stakeholders, key technical staff and within governance groups to understand business needs and drivers, and confirm objectives and priorities
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and manage change in specified requirements, looking to uncover deeper strategic needs and opportunities
  • During build, optimise products for the needs of the business, bringing together user experience, education, business, and technology
