Your Team You will be working for the Trading Services Product Management Team in London, UK. Part of the team is currently situated in the North America and we are looking to expand the team in the EMEA region. The Trading Services team currently workson our Best-Execution and Transaction Cost Analytics product suite for US, EMEA and APAC Buy-Side and Sell-Side clients. You Role You will take on the following responsibilities: Work in the product management team to gather and frame requirements, workingwith Head of Product, Sales, and Business Development Proactively identify gaps in the current product and propose solutions to help close them Understand the TCA and Best-ex landscape, perform market research to come up with new product requirements Workon proof of concepts to test out new product adoption rates Demo products after go-live to internal users such as Business Development, Sales, and Marketing About You Do you enjoy creating innovative solutions and solving problems You will contribute andmake an impact towards our current product expansion goals as we look to enter new asset classes and help our clients assess their trading performance in these asset classes. You should possess the following qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, FinancialEngineering, Computer Science or Statistics Prior experience (at least 4-5 years) working as Business Analyst and Product Management in gathering and writing requirements UI/UX design experience Experience working in at least one of Equities, FI or FX assetclasses Prior experience managing small-medium scale projects to completion Experience with applied machine learning to real-world trading datasets Proficient at excel and intermediate experience with Python/R or other such technical analysis tools Buildingproof of concept designs and products Experience with specialized reporting tools such as Tableau Experience with the JIRA and AGILE Methodology of software development Must be able to work with cross functional teams to gather and present product requirementsStrong attention to detail and work ethics Strong communication skills Inclusion and diversity are critical to the success of IHS Markit, and we actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
