The International Product team is responsible for the design and management of the open-ended fund ranges managed by the companys investment teams and distributed worldwide. The company has a comprehensive range of FI products and an impressive pipelinegoing forward with a pivotal focus on ESG strategies. Role & responsibilities: Assist in the Fixed Income Product Strategy Responsibility for taking product initiatives through the product development process: Strategic analysis including market and competitiveresearch, product positioning and target market definition; Feasibility study in close collaboration with the different stakeholders and definition of the product specifications; Participation to the product approval process; Operational implementation: executionof the projects in coordination with the different stakeholders in respect of the deadlines; Management of the existing fixed income fund range: share class creations and registrations, fund changes, fund review etc. Contribution to transversal projects: suchas SFDR, fund review, pricing analysis, etc. Competitive watch of fixed income strategies / themes Skills & requirements: Product management/development and ESG experience within a global asset manager Ability to manage projects and working groups with a "can-do"attitude Proven analytical skills and attention to detail Team player and excellent interpersonal skills Good understanding of the fixed income management techniques and the regulations (UCITS, SFDR) University degree in Finance, Economics required Advancedskills in MS-Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
