Job Description

We are looking for a Product Development Administrator to join a successful, market-leading business with a global presence to aid their growth and expansion. In this role you will work within a talented team of Product Developers, ensuring the best possibleproducts are being brought to market.The successful candidate will be super organised, have a genuine love of retail and product, and be a first class administrator. Ideally you will have some previous experience working within a wholesale environment and be keen to grow and develop withinthis area. Exposure to working alongside global suppliers and managing a critical path would also be ideal, but a positive outlook and proactive, organised approach are far more key!This is a great company to work for who offer huge opportunity to progress within a positive working environment.   • Ensure that production samples are checked against final product specification
  • Feedback on basic sample and artwork issues
  • Support artwork checks
  • Support product quality developer with filing product testing, audit or inspection reports
  • Assist on customer meeting prep, photoshoots and trade shows as required
  • Maintain accurate product spreadsheets using excel
  • Communicate clearly with suppliers and other parts of the business
  • Manage and input any necessary changes or updates in our product systems (PIMRA/Monday.com), or customer portals
  • Sample management
  • Support the team on setup for in-house presentations and product reviews
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as necessary
The successful Product Development Administrator will have the following skills:
  • Prior data entry and admin experience, with the ability to manage and operate databases
  • Exposure to or experience within a wholesale environment or knowledge of critical path management would be a distinct benefit
  • Highly organised and a brilliant multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive person, who thrives in a fast-paced role and busy working environment
  • Solid Excel and MS Office skills
  • An excellent communicator at all levels
  • Keen to begin a career within a creative industry
  • A flexible approach with a positive outlook, and a team player!
