The ideal candidate will be a high-output producer who values well-crafted design and proactively seeks out feedback and improvement from qualitative and quantitative inputs. You would beresponsible for collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to design and optimise experiments on current and new features to improve performance of our clients Product Detail Page, Storefront, Design systems and other parts of their eCommerceproduct. You would meet regularly with PMs to identify the top priority opportunities, design teams to iterate on and improve solutions, and engineering teams to ensure correct implementation of work. Summary: The main function of a designer is to create designs,concepts and sample layouts based on design principles and concepts. A typical designer needs to have a high level of creativity and able to communicate their ideas to both internal and external clients. The ability to be flexible to client demands, work wellunder pressure and multi-task are required skills. Job Responsibilities: Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to communication problems. Develop overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they relate to graphic design. Preparesketches or layouts to present to client. Create charts and graphs from data given. Requirements: Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability. Strong visual & interaction design skills. Basic ability to utilize various formsof media, including print, electronic and film. Basic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design. Previous experience using the computer to create layouts and generate new images. Experience with Adobe publishing and graphicssoftware. Ideally you have at least 5 year of experience working in ecommerce and 5+ years of experience working in digital product design. Education/Experience: Associates degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required.
