Job Description

Reporting directly to the Product Development Manager, theProduct Associatewill take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Support the team with reviewing products to establish if they meet regulatory requirements and that remain appropriate for clients.
  • Monitor and analyse the target market categorisation of products.
  • Proactively engage and provide input into product strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist with preparing project proposals and ensure projects align with the relevant policies and procedures.
  • Actively contribute to ad-hoc projects across the team, as they arise.
TheProduct Associatewill meet the following skillset:
  • Minimum 2 years product development/governance experience within the asset management sector.
  • Experience of UK/Irish domiciled funds, vehicles and regulatory regimes, including UCITS, NURS, OEICs.
  • IMC qualified would be desirable.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
