Job Description

PRODUCT ANALYST£35,000 - £50,000LONDONRETAILER THE ROLEYou will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for improving the customer journey and conversion rates through quantitative research
  • Proposing bold, insight-driven hypotheses to feed into our experimentation pipeline.
  • Analysing and evaluate A/B test results, reporting on results and proposing follow-up test concepts
  • Using web and behavioural analytics tools including Looker and Contentsquare to support the wider Product Team with actionable data insight
  • Assessing and monitor site changes that have impact on conversion rates, providing advice to key stakeholders
  • Driving and encourage data-driven decision making within the wider business
THE EXPERIENCEThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in a Product Analyst function
  • Curious about customer behaviour
  • Are creative in your approach to problem solving
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker and Contentsquare.
  • Have ideally worked in an agency or ecommerce environment
  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating insight to stakeholders across the business
  • Are experienced in optimisation and A/B testing
