An award winning, Global Fashion and Beauty Agency is seeking an experienced Producer in their London office.-Working mainly with hair, makeup, as well as other categories to a smaller degreePRODUCTION DUTIES:-Work directly with the agent and artist to facilitate all aspects of a job-Liaise with artists and their assistants-Liaise with clients and outside producers-Travel coordination (hotels, flights, cars service, credit card authorization forms, etc)-Messengers-Manage budgets-Book assistant teams-Hand deal memos and final billing-Reconcile jobs-Manage artist calendars-OFFICE DUTIES:-Office administration-Assisting the agents with additional duties, as needed-SKILLS NEEDED:-Confidence speaking with established, high level talent-Ability to multitask-Flexible to change-Good math skills-Highly organized-Well spoken and well written-Discretion-Takes initiative-Common sense-Calm under pressure-Willingness to be available early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed-Knowledge of working photographers, stylists, and hair & makeup artists is a bonus-Spanish, French, Italian language skills a plus (but not required)EXPERIENCE NEEDED-1-2 years in luxury fashion, artist agency, production company or advertisingagency is desirable.- Competent and highly experienced Producer, able to work without rigidity and under pressure. Environment is super-rewarding but is demanding.Strong team environment should be able to build-up great lasting rapports with colleagues and clients and works effectively in a team environment; and must be able to operate independently.Fashion experience is advised, we are open to candidates with TV Producer experience.The company offer an excellent hybrid working environment (WFH / Office) with a great salary / benefit package (including company bonus)
