My London based public sector client os ;looking for a Procurement & Contract Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the procurement team, you will undertake a range of duties to support the delivery of the procurement strategy,including oversight of the group contracts including soft FM. You will support the Head of Procurement, providing procurement expertise and delivering the contracts pipeline including designing the contract management processes for high value contracts, embeddingthese across the organisation and ensuring that contracts are managed professionally and deliver excellent value for money.Reporting into the Head of Procurement, the Procurement & Contracts Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to devise and deliver an effective procurement framework, influencing spend and identifying and leveraging synergies to manage non-payexpenditure across the group.Responsibilities of the role will include:Youll be responsible for supporting the development of procurement plans and strategies for key areas of expenditure and maximising the value for money obtained in the acquisition of goods and services through sustainable, efficient, and effective practicesincluding the management of risks and compliance with public sector procurement regulations.Key activities will include:
