Job Description

Procurement Business Partner, ESG, Procurement Relationship Manager, Mainly Remote Procurement Business Partner required to work for a Professional Services business based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this role can be practically remotealthough they would want to see your face from time to time.This is not a typical Procurement Manager role. We are looking for someone with an awe of presence who oozes Stakeholder Management and can almost sell the idea to the business when it comes to Procurement. It is more like a Senior Business RelationshipManager but with a Procurement edge to it.As this would be working for a partnership firm, we need this person to understand ownership within companies. The ideal person will have the following:

  • Solid understanding / exposure to the end-to-end Procurement lifecycle
  • Extensive Stakeholder Management experience
  • Category Management exposure
  • Leadership skills
  • Someone who understands Risk Analysis
  • Knows the difference between net zero and net positive
  • Solid understanding of ESG and what ESG will look like in 2023 and beyond
  • Someone who simply gets it and understands what this role is implicitly
  • Proven face off skills with C-Level individuals
  • Someone who will read the company culture report, understand it and mould themselves into adhering to company values
  • Someone with excellent interpersonal skills - we need this individual to have the ability to light up a room
