Job Description

Procurement Business Partner, Professional Services, Part Remote, Part Central London Procurement Business Partner required to work for a Professional Services business based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this will be hybrid working and it will be mainly working from home.We need a seasoned, experienced Procurement Business Partner who has experience working at reputable companies and has solid stakeholder management skills. We are also looking for someone who has extensive exposure to the end-to-end procurement process.Read on for more details:Skills Required:

  • Ability to provide commercial challenge & rigor, understand risk allocation between the business and the supply chain, develop strategic relationships, and apply commercial expertise to achieve business and project objectives
  • Ability to lead the end to end procurement process, i.e. needs analysis, supply market assessment; sourcing strategy; supplier selection; negotiation and contracting; and vendor management
  • Has the ability to identify & prioritise stakeholders, understand and align stakeholder expectations, proactively resolve disputes, manage conflict, relationship management
  • Takes into account economical, environmental and social impacts in buying choices
  • Has the ability to translate and apply ESG framework/strategy to procurement/sourcing decision-making, and considers ethical procurement approaches
  • Provides overview and leadership to the data analyst and training content creation team to enable continues learning for all stakeholders
