Job Description

Process Optimisation Manager, Investment Management£600 - £700pd - via an Umbrella Company or PAYE SolutionLondonProcess Optimisation Manager, Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Process Mapping.A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking a Process Optimisation Manager to join them on a long term contract basis. The role requires in-depth process optimisation and process management experience, ideally from within an Investment Management or Asset Management firm.£600 - £700pd - via an Umbrella Company or PAYE Solution.Essential Requirements:

  • A strong understanding and experience of Operational Excellence/Process Optimisation tools, techniques and approaches and their application, such as Lean, Six Sigma
  • Ability to map and present complex processes in a logical, structured and compelling manner
  • Ability to analyse data to problem solve and find root cause
  • Demonstrable experience of writing user stories, test scenarios and script
  • Expereince of Identifying process improvements to design future state processes
  • Experience of scrum and other agile methodologies
  • Experience with data analytics. Visualisation tools, Visio or other process mapping tools
  • Understanding of Digitisation, Automation and Orchestration technologies, and their application (desirable)
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to listen to understand the client situation and the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently on potentially complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with communicating to people of all levels and able to gain the confidence of key stakeholders
