Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing private sector operations practice. We are experiencing increasing client demand for support to deliver operational performance improvement programmes as part of their broaderoperational transformation agendas including cost reduction, revenue growth and customer service improvement. This role would place you at the core of a practice which is looking to shape and grow our team and service offering over the years ahead.Our PrivateSector Operations help clients to solve enterprise-wide operational process, performance and technology challenges. Our excellence in execution brings pace, innovation and rigour to deliver sustainable outcomes. On a day to day basis, you will be leading teamsto work with our private sector clients to help them to identify, prioritise, plan and implement enterprise wide programmes focused on improving business productivity via process simplification and automation. The successful candidate will be required to scope,size and pull together multi-disciplined teams to deliver and drive forward the performance improvement solution. They will be expected to be a hands-on delivery practitioner, able to motivate and robustly drive a team through ambiguity and a complex planof work. They have a well-developed technical background coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.On a day to day basis, the successful candidate will be working with our private sector clients to understand the opportunity for intelligent automationwithin their organisation as part of broader interventions to create workforce capacity. This will involve documenting the potential costs and benefits to create compelling value cases, leading the development of automation strategies and operating models,defining and embedding principles to drive true business outcomes (cost reduction, revenue growth, customer service improvement), crafting roadmaps and delivering business cases.Whilst process excellence is at the core of this role, the individual will understandand have experience of the interplay across process, people and technology in maximising productivity improvements when clients are optimising their performance within their operating model or as part of reimaging their operating model. This is an area ofsignificant innovation and there is an expectation for the candidate to have experience of applying digital solutions to increase scale, pace and sustainability of benefits. The ideal candidate will have an understanding or experience of complementary disciplinessuch as process mining, process simulation, activity value analysis, behavioural change and organisation design.
