Job Description

We are recruiting a process analyst for an online travel company based in London.Duties of the process analyst:

  • Answer high volume of emails / providing advice on global queries, general issues, disputes, tax/entity issues.
  • Weekly batching and working to process invoices to strict deadlines
  • Inventory validation, GL coding, billing verification, research, trend analysis, account/invoice tidying and consolidation.
  • Assisting with the administrative side of order processing, contract validation and renewals
  • Maintain processes and documentation to support our services
  • Track and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and related tasks at different project phases and for different clients, and coordinate the tasks across multiple internal teams and clients
  • Build effective relationships with internal business partners and external service providers
  • Accountable for data and voice Inventory management
  • Prepare updates on spending, market trends and patterns, capacity management
  • Participate in meetings with the global teams and looks at patterns, trends to cut down telecom costs
  • Prepare data and voice circuit usage management and reporting
  • Maintain and update the Invoice processing for telecom expense management
  • Accountable for communicating and enforcing adoption of process across the core infrastructure teams
  • Keep up to date with latest technical market trends of the telecom industry
  • Accountable for record keeping of Asset decommissioning and disposal
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and ability to learn technologies and their applications quickly
  • Basic knowledge of IXC/CLEC inter-company operations and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of service orders; facility orders, circuit orders, FOC, CFA, DLR and ASRs.
  • Basic knowledge of basic Networking protocol relating to circuit provisioning; handoff type, IP protocols and technical requirements (Wide Area Networks).

  • Excellent communication skills particularly in correspondence, presentations, written reports, over the phone and in collaboration tool meetings such a Zoom

  • Excellent numeracy skills and ideally a reasonable degree of experience of or willingness to quickly learn new business telephony fundamentals
  • Experience of successfully dealing with complex enquiries and complaints/contentious service-related issues
  • Ideally, experience of working with Telecom Expense management BPO tools
  • Strong Microsoft office skills especially MS excel.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Calero (VeraSmart version 2020 R7) , JIRA, and ServiceNow
