Job Description

A fantastic, rare opportunity for an experienced Private PA to support a HNWI in the creative sector.We are keen to hear from candidates with solid Private PA career history- ideally within media/ entertainment/ creative industries.As the right hand to this well- known, high profile creative- you will have full autonomy to run all areas of her private life- ensuring all personal commitments/ TV appearances/ appointments/ travel etc is managed, as well as ensuring the smooth runningof multiple households/ properties, and managing staff.Key responsibilities involved:

  • Full management of personal diary
  • Booking all appointments (health & fitness, family, restaurants, beauty etc)
  • Ensuring the personal diary is synced with the business diary- working closely with the business EA to coordinate accordingly
  • Liaising with the wider team to understand business projects, timelines, and commitments
  • Coordinating frequent diary changes and organising all contractors, appointments, and meetings accordingly
  • Working closely with stylists and the PR team (diary/ budgets/ logistics of all personal appointments)
  • Project management- overseeing house relocations/ purchase of new properties/ smooth running of households and staff
  • Events management
  • Organising gifts for staff (birthdays etc)
  • Extensive travel coordination across varying time zones and arranging detailed itineraries
  • Use of Google Suite (Google docs/ Meet etc)
  • Regular use of Excel to prepare reports
The key duties have been summarised, and the full job description will be provided to shortlisted candidates.This is a permanent opportunity with ASAP start, (ideally), and our client will also consider hiring on a temporary to permanent basis (for immediately available candidates only).The role is based in a vibrant, busy, beautiful office in London, and there is flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week also.Travel across London/ various areas of the UK will be involved occasionally to visit existing and new properties.This process is moving very quickly- interviews will take place this week.
