Job Description

Who we are looking forWe are looking for a MD in our EMEA region with front/middle and back office expertise in real assets to define and execute on the Alpha for Private Markets Real Assets strategy globally. The Product Global Lead, Real Assets will have an in-depth understandingof the real assets segment, including the industry leading technology utilized by real assets managers and allocators. Why this role is important to usState Street is making a multi-year strategic investment in Private Markets. The first phase of our strategy was the acquisition of Mercatus that enabled the launch of Alpha for Private Markets, which is a unique front to back technology and service offeringbuilt for private markets managers and allocators across the multiple sub-segments. State Street will continue to invest in our Alpha for Private Markets platform to deliver scale, automation and data insights; this role is responsible for defining the realassets subsegment strategy What you will be responsible forAs Private Markets Product Global Lead- Real Assets you will

  • Build and execute the product strategy for State Streets real assets sub-segment and ensure our competitive profile is industry-leading
  • Grow our real assets share of wallet by partnering with our sales and segments teams
  • Subject matter expert for the Alpha for Private Markets real assets sub-segment
  • Product P&L responsibility of the real assets sub-segment
  • Particpate and provide thought leadership for the sub-segment

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of real assets experience across the front/middle/back office
  • Expertise of real assets platform, including Yardi
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and goals
