Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in the secondaries and co-investment world. The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, and gain exposure to a network of GPs at one of the city’s most preeminent secondariesfunds.Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation of potential deals from early screening to advanced stages of analysis.
  • Company, financial and industry due diligence across wide range of sectors.
  • Preparation of qualitative and quantitative analysis (including financial modelling and valuation analysis) for presentation to Investment Committee (which Associate will also attend and contribute to presenting).
  • Support on transaction execution (negotiations, legals, compliance, structuring, GP references, investment process documentation, etc.).
  • Post-investment transaction monitoring.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant career experience (such as investment banking, consulting, or private equity).
  • Logical and smart with strong analytical, modelling, organizational and writing skills.
  • Motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team, good interpersonal skills.
  • Additional language skills are beneficial but not required.
