Project/Change/Programme ManagerOne of our longstanding clients is currently putting a team together to help them develop a 5-year expansion plan, to enable them to take significant market share within the Private Client Wealth Management space. Following on from a conversation I had withthe Senior Management team, they have asked me to find an experienced Project Manager, that can help them develop and execute this plan. Since their inception they have had an impressive track record of steady growth, but feel they are now in a position tospeed this organic growth up. Working alongside the founding Partners and the members of the board, you will have a high degree of autonomy to add real vale and effect significant change within the business.Duties will include, but not be limited to conducting a review of all internal processes, procedures, use to technology and the wider skills set of current staff. Defining areas for change and the goals that you want to achieve by implementing this, conductinga cost, benefit analysis and a review of resources required to push this through the business. You will be actively managing the life cycle of this project, ensuring meaningful MI is delivered to the board on a regular basis and that testing and re assessment is conducted at every stage. The plan will need to be robust enough to meet the company’sfuture expansion plans, whilst being flexible enough to consider external market forces, that could impact on revenue and future profitability. The aim is to improve better use of technology and efficiencies in all aspects of the business, to enable up scalingand growth, whilst ensuring the back-offices processes are robust enough to accommodate change. The ideal candidate will need to have a number of years’ experience in similar Project Management roles, and being able to demonstrate real added value, change management and where you have taken ownership of a project from inception to conclusion. You will also need to have worked within a Financial Services based organisation, although our client is flexible on what sector of that industry you have previously worked in.
