Job Description Are you currently working in Personal Tax and seeking a firm that will provide you with an amazing platform to continue progressing Check out this role below! One of Londons leading Private client teams in a Top 10 Firm is recruiting for a Personal Tax Semi Senior to join their highly established private client team. In this position, you will work alongside Supervisors and Managers in managing compliance duties, and supporting them with providing advice to high net worth clients and non domiciled individuals. As a Personal Tax Semi Senior you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing tax returns for your portfolio of clients
  • Calculating tax liabilities, notifying clients of their tax liabilities and submitting tax returns to HMRC
  • Collating and preparing supporting information for tax returns
  • Drafting correspondence letters with HMRC and other third parties such as Lawyers, Investment Managers, Bankers etc.
  • Research and help draft advice on areas such as international/non domicile issues, IHT and CGT
  • Assisting Managers with ad-hoc projects and enquiries
You will ideally be ATT qualified or in late stages of studying, or be part qualified in CTA (ATT and CTA study support is offered). You will be a confident communicator and be able to work on multiple tasks at any one time. This is an exciting opportunity to gain excellent exposure to high net worth private clients and individuals with complex tax affairs, whilst also working for one of Londons leading Private Client Tax teams.
