GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED PRINT DESIGNER /PRODUCT COORDINATOR WITH FASHION OR HOMEWARES EXPERIENCE - TO JOIN THIS ICONIC BRITISH RETAILERMy Client is one of the most iconic brands in British fashion retail.Specialising in English heritage style products , they have a strong brand presence and are currently undergoing a period of growth due to new investment.2021 is set to be a year of international success , and this is the ideal time to join their design teamWorking with a small and friendly team working on the launch seasonal ranges. This position will sit between the Design and Account Management workstreams. This will be a fast paced and varied role that will suit someone with some sound administrative skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, a great eye for detail, and colour and a love of all things beautiful. Responsibilities will include: *Securing product and packaging approvals from all of the licensing partners around the globe, from London to Tokyo, in accordance with the brand guidelines and print colour standards*Reviewing design concepts, selecting, and recommending appropriate prints and signing off samples*Driving and getting the licensed product collections from concept to storeYOU WILL BE;An experienced product development or design coordinator within womenswear or homewares , who preferably has experience in dealing with international licensees - ideally including Japan and the Far East, and who can bring a mixture of flair, team spirit and brand development to the role.The ideal candidate will have:*3 year to 5 years experience working in a home or fashion brand in a similar role *Knowledge of international markets, especially Japan and Korea .
