Job Description

Principle Sustainability ConsultantLocation: LondonSalary: CompetitiveRef: TJ1051Penguin Recruitment are working with a leading global property consultancy on their quest to find a Principle Sustainability Consultant to join their team in London.This client has a reputation for quality services and innovation and so the right candidate must be passionate about personal development and looking for out-of-the-box solutions.The role:

  • Support other senior team members in the delivery of projects, business generation activities and developing marketing material
  • Analysing information efficiently
  • Recommending options for clients
  • Sharing your knowledge with the whole consulting practice
  • Working on both housing, private and public buildings to help with decarbonisation
    • What you will need:
  • Experience within the housing sector
  • 4 years or more experience within the industry
  • An understanding of the policy context
  • Understanding of market drivers for zero-carbon sustainability within the public sector
  • Familiarity with tendering and procurement
  • Experience in new build energy and sustainability standards
  • A Professional Membership e.g. CIBSE, IEMA, IEE, Retrofit, EPC, ESOS, DEC
