Job Description

Sopra Steria Oracle Practice Team Expansion: Seeking a Principal HCM Consultant with Core HR Expertise.Our Oracle Practice team is growing, and we are actively seeking a Principal HCM Consultant with a strong skillset in Core HR. Join us in delivering cutting-edge solutions to both the public and private sectors. In this role, you will take the lead the developmentof intricate solution designs within the Oracle HCM Cloud, with a specific focus on Core HR.What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own the development of detailed solution designs within Oracle HCM Clouds Core HR modules
  • Conduct workshops and provide valuable guidance to clients on adopting best practices for solution implementation
  • Own the configuration of the system to align with business requirements and the approved system design
  • Present the solutions capabilities in design playback sessions to stakeholders
  • Build and develop comprehensive workbooks and documentation to support the system design
  • Cultivate strong and positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations align with the projects scope and delivery
  • Facilitate the training and mentor of both colleagues and clients to foster skill development and knowledge sharing
What you will bring:
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Clouds Core HR module
  • Expertise in implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
  • A track record of successfully completing multiple full implementation projects within the Oracle HCM Cloud domain
  • Previously delivered workshops covering various phases such as process, design, configuration, testing, and validation
  • Ability to provide functional application leadership and guidance to clients, with an emphasis on leading practices and software module functionality throughout implementation phases
  • Proficiency in documenting solutions
