Job Description

We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford and Kettering campuses for a Princes Trust Development Worker to become a key member of our Adult Community Learning department.As a Princes Trust Development Worker, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through: Assisting with the recruitment and retention of Princes Trust Team members Identifying and supporting those with basic skills needs Assisting with work placement activity subsequent to completion of main programme.Our ideal candidates will have experience of work placement opportunities and requirements and demonstrable knowledge of Equality and Diversity, alongside the following qualifications: English at GCSE grade A to C (or equivalent) Willingness to achieve maths (if not already achieved) at GCSE grade A to C (or equivalentFurther details of the essential criteria for the post can be located within the Job Description.About UsThe Bedford College Group aims to deliver world-class skills and education to the communities we serve.
