Calling all Primary NQTs - EYFS, KS1 & KS2 - Permanent NQT posts - September 2021 - LondonFinding your first permanent post as a Primary Teacher and NQT can be tricky and time consuming!Couple the time and effort you invest in your search with the workload and pressures of your teacher training...its tough!Clarus Education are actively looking to recruit several Good & Outstanding Primary NQTs across each Primary phase; including the Early Years, KS1 and KS2 for this September.POSITION: Primary NQT posts - EYFS, KS1 & KS2 - September 2021 - School contractPERSON: Enthusiastic NQTs with promise & potential - strong academic background required!SCHOOL: Range of Schools - 1, 2 & 3 Form Entry - OFSTED Improving, Good & OutstandingLOCATION: Inner & Outer London - Excellent Transport LinksCONTRACT: Permanent Contract - NQT Induction & SupportSTART: September 2021 Start - Main Pay Scale 1 (£29,915 - £32,157)We are working with several client schools who are currently looking to interview and appoint NQTs who show genuine enthusiasm, promise and potential!APPLICANTSOur client schools are looking to invest their time, support and efforts into a Primary NQT with enthusiasm, willingness to learn and reflect and are genuinely passionate about teaching. ALL applicants will need to have confidence in your subject knowledge and classroom presence. Each school is very different, which is why Clarus Education take the time to find out the best fit in terms of the sort of school, culture and environment you are looking for.ROLE:ALL Primary NQT positions Clarus Education work on are permanent contracts, starting in September 2021, employed directly by the school. Clarus Education are working with NQT positions in each of the 3 phases, including EYFS (Nursery & Reception), KS1 (Years 1 & 2) and all year groups within KS2 (Years 3-6). The schools and their SLTs will be looking to formally observe a lesson and conduct an interview for each post, with every school slightly different in their approach.SCHOOLS:These Primary NQT posts are within very contrasting schools, including CofE, State and Catholic, of different sizes and OFSTED grading. Your first school and NQT post will be determined by what exactly what kind of environment you are looking to work in. We are working with schools within Inner and Outer London, which will mean a variance in your salary, however, do not let this dictate your decision on your first school.
