Job Description

Teaching Personnel are the countrys biggest education agency, and we need you in East London!Due to the extremely high volume of Teaching work we are having as schools struggle with absences, we are looking for final year students, ECTs and Experienced Teachers to join our flexible workforce.We are recruiting for teachers across East London, if you are a teacher looking for work inHackneyandWaltham Forestthen please get in touch.We are looking for Teachers who can evidence high quality practice with the ability to plan exciting and engaging lessons and be a reflective practitioner. We are looking for enthusiastic and resourceful candidates, who are willing to be good team membersand represent Teaching Personnel in a positive way. Ideally for this role you will be flexible in terms of travel, as you will be working across a number of schools, and good diary availability.We can offer plenty of options in terms of both long-term and short-term work - so no matter your preference we can help find the role for you!We are happy to accept applications from Final Years Students, ECTs and Experienced Teachers.Our ideal Teacher will be:

  • An enthusiastic and resourceful individual
  • Able to teach EYFS/KS1/KS2
  • Committed to raising standards and attainment through high quality teaching
  • Resourceful, planning exciting and engaging lessons
  • Knowledgeable about current assessments across Key Stages
  • Knowledge of SATs and phonics schemes would be beneficial but not essential

  • 20 years experience within Educational Recruitment working in partnership with a large number of Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Ruth Miskin, Team Teach, Educare and Creative Education.These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs andDisability and many more.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK.
