This position is the equivalent to a UK Assistant Head and is an integral role in leading the Early YearsWe are seeking a top quality EYFS Phase LeaderLeadership Responsibilities: Manage and develop the curriculum Enhance the use of data to evaluateand accurately improve the provision and track progress of all learners across the Early Years Monitor the quality of teaching and learning The Lead needs to be organised, approachable and able to deliver CPD opportunities for the staff in EYFS. To increaseparental involvement and engagement with the learning process in EYFS Implement and monitor the impact of relevant areas of the School Development Plan Effective deployment of resources to create engaging learning environment to support continuous provisionDevelop and nurture positive working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and a great sense of humourClassroom responsibilities: Implement knowledge of the current English Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum to provide a relevant and challenginglearning experience for all students Apply an understanding of how learners develop in their most formative years and provide appropriate support to ensure high levels of development Provide language rich learning environments to ensure rapid English languageacquisition and development of early reading Engage teaching assistants in the observation and teaching process, ensuring both quality of input to children and accurate recording of achievement throughout Maintain accurate formative and summative assessmentrecords Provide critical analysis of the progress, intervention and achievement for all children As the education arm of School, we are searching for outstanding professionals who are eager to work for a Mesaieed International School and Dukan InternationalSchool.
