ASD Teaching Assistant - Lewisham - ASAP Start - £75 to £100 per day - Primary School

Are you an experienced ASD Teaching Assistant looking to start a new roleOr do you have experience supporting a child or adult with Autism in a care settingDo you have 1:1 experienceIf you answered yes to the above, then this ASD Teaching Assistant role is for you!ASD Teaching AssistantRemedy Education is currently working with a Primary School who is looking for an experienced ASD Teaching Assistant or someone who has supported a child or adult with Autism in a care setting. For this role you will be mainly classroom based where you willbe required to support students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. You will be supporting them during their lessons, activities throughout the day, break times and there may be an element of personal care, such as assisting students to the toilet and witheating. Due to the students needs there will be times when their behaviour can become challenging which can be caused by various different reasons. Therefore, the ideal ASD Teaching Assistant for this role must have had previous experience and have a kind,calm and caring approach.ASD SchoolThis ASD School is located in the London borough of Lewisham and caters for students aged between 4 - 11 years who have Autism.
